📋 Description

• Place purchase orders for production of aircraft material as required by SAP MRP and the
• Manage ordering activity for aircraft material and supporting goods and services, including
• Own the accuracy and timely closure of all open purchase orders, driving cycle time from
• Work embedded with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to translate urgent material needs
• Execute non-PO purchasing (e.g., P-Card and approved emergency ordering processes) for
• Physically and digitally inventory received parts and proactively notify part owners the moment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain and/or similar business degree
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment supporting early-stage aircraft
• Experience with SAP ERP or an equivalent MRP/procurement system
• Comfortable working onsite and embedded with engineering and manufacturing teams to support urgent
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & Google Workspace
