Buyer (Mechanical Systems and AIT Enablement)

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue RFQs and RFIs for mechanical parts and assemblies
• Consolidate supplier responses for evaluation
• Place and manage purchase orders from confirmation to delivery
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and shipment status
• Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records
• Handle day-to-day administrative supply chain tasks including data entry and invoice reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of procurement or buying experience sourcing mechanical or technical hardware
• Experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or hardware production
• Experience preparing RFQs/RFIs and managing purchase orders end-to-end
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong cross-functional communication and execution
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
