Buyer (Procurement)

📋 Description

• Manage incoming PRs and POs through Zip, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for employees; guide on procurement processes.
• Review vendor requests, onboard vendors, and manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure compliant purchases.
• Generate reports and analyze purchasing data to identify trends.
• Handle day-to-day procurement inquiries with a service mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as a buyer or in procurement.
• Hands-on P2P system experience; Zip is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with a can-do attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent, high-level English (written and verbal).
