Buyer/Supply Chain Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships, ensure contract/compliance with policies
• Support material planning, inventory analysis, and supply risk monitoring
• Collaborate with planning, production and operations to minimize customer impact
• Coordinate NDAs and Supplier Agreements and assist with commercial terms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• ERP/MRP proficiency (IFS/SAP etc.)
• Familiarity with MRP and Master Data in Purchasing
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Key skills: negotiation, contract compliance, supplier management, inventory & risk analysis
• Preferred: 3-5 years in supply chain or purchasing; experience with IFS; knowledge of product
