C&B Specialist (12-Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Payroll & Benefits: Monitor timekeeping; manage leave, OT, and entitlements.
• Ensure payroll accuracy (incl. outsourced staff) and employee benefits.
• Track and administer benefit programs: maternity, childcare, events, birthdays.
• Manage and implement Health Insurance package.
• Prepare ATM card applications for employees and liaise with banks.
• Labor Contract & HR Records: maintain the employee database and personnel files.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in C&B or equivalent; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Labor Code, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, PIT.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Odoo).
• Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, confidential, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic conversational English.
