📋 Description

• Support employee benefits communication projects from strategy development through execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent
• 5–8 years of combined experience in communications, employee benefits, healthcare communications
• Experience creating compelling written content and simplifying complex information for diverse
• Strong project management mindset; ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a dynamic
