C++ Software Engineer – Autonomous Systems

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance C++ systems for autonomous frameworks
• Enable coordination of autonomous agents across multiple domains
• Collaborate with autonomy engineers, PMs, and customers
• Use agentic coding tools and AI assistants to boost productivity
• Profile, debug, and optimize real-time code for constrained hardware
• Create scripts/tools to improve development velocity and testing efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong C++ programming skills with modern C++ (C++20+)
• Experience with Python and shell scripting for automation
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
