Design, develop, test the OESIS Framework in C++ across Windows/macOS/Linux
Implement third-party security apps using scripting languages (Squirrel, Python, PowerShell, Lua)
Own features end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, release
Prototype and evaluate AI-powered capabilities (LLM analysis, automated triage)
Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools in daily workflow
Mentor and coach junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of professional experience with feature ownership and mentoring
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns
Experience with multi-threaded programming and system design
AI-native mindset with hands-on use of AI coding assistants
Working knowledge of LLM fundamentals, prompts, tool calls, data privacy
