C4N Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain and operate all communication systems for the Navy LCAC ACV program on-base.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install system computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks, and displays.
• Provide field support at ACU/NBU locations as required.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships to strengthen FWG’s reputation and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Anticipate customer concerns and mitigate risk to uphold quality and reliability.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Communications, navigation systems, IT/networking or related field.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; DODM 8140.03 required; Security+ preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar subject matter expert role.
• Extensive knowledge of C4N training; OME/vendor training required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; project management; ability to work with senior leadership; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Onsite 5 days per week; some travel as required.
