CA Licensed Bilingual Mandarin/English Clinician - LCSW or LPCC - Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Provides patient care per Care Pod; customizes treatment plans
• Coordinates behavioral health care with PCPs and other providers
• Screens for behavioral health and substance use using PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS
• Monitors symptom changes and treatment side effects; aims for improvement
• Supports psychotropic med management prescribed by PCPs
• Documents progress in Salesforce and EHR for easy sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed in California as LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent
• 1-5 years experience as a licensed clinician
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; reliable video internet
• Experience with PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS screening tools
• CBT/MI/Behavioral Activation and other evidence-based methods
