CA Licensed Bilingual Russian/English Clinician - LCSW or LPCC - Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Provides care to patients; customize treatment plan per patient needs
• Coordinates care with the patient’s PCP and other providers
• Screens patients for behavioral health and substance use with PHQ9, GAD-7, CSSRS
• Monitors symptoms and treatment side effects to reduce symptoms
• Supports psychotropic medication management by PCPs
• Documents progress and treatment plans in Salesforce/EHR for sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed to practice in California as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1-5 years experience as a licensed professional
• A secure, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and cloud-based systems
• Proficient in medical interpretation and documentation in English and Russian that meet industry standards
