CAAS Associate

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks Online.
• Review GL for trends, variances, and issues monthly.
• Oversee accounts payable and client payments.
• Process client payroll and HR updates.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in industry or public accounting.
• QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and Bill.com experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
