CAAS Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned clients (transactions, close)
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers
• Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis
• Serve as primary client contact with proactive, timely communication
• Review Associates' work and help onboard/train new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA license or progress toward licensure preferred
• 3-6+ years of accounting experience (public, outsourced, or industry)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, and Bill.com preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
