CAD/CAM Programmer - Weekday Swing Shift

📋 Description

• Develop CNC programming solutions to improve production.
• Use CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Fusion) for DFM reviews.
• Analyze models to select tooling, feeds, speeds, and sequences.
• Create, simulate, and validate CAM programs for 3+2/5-axis machining.
• Develop fixturing and tabbing to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to improve workflows and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication (read/write).
• DFM principles in CNC machining.
• Basic CNC programming, tooling, feeds/speeds.
• 3-axis, 3+2, or 5-axis milling experience preferred.
• Autodesk Fusion and AI-assisted CAM tools preferred.
