[CAD] Evaluation Lead, Mechanical Design

📋 Description

• Define the evaluation roadmap with research and product teams to turn model capabilities and user
• Own evaluation quality end to end, building pipelines that turn contractor-authored items into
• Build and manage the evaluation network by working with managed vendors and recruiting senior

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical engineering background (ideally with industry experience)
• Strong data science/analysis skills
• Experience with data collection (automatic and/or from contractors)
• Prior experience with ML training and evaluation (nice to have)
