CAD, Polylining and Space Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of client CAFM/IWMS platforms
• Review AutoCAD drawings and field redlines to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with
• Perform CAD quality checks to identify missing or incorrect polylines, duplicate entities, gaps
• Create and maintain architectural, floor, and polyline drawings, including room numbering, space
• Link polylines and SpaceID blocks to ensure accurate integration between CAD drawings and CAFM/IWMS
• Publish and upload architectural, furniture, column, and background drawing files to client

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting, CAD/CAFM operations, space planning, or a
• Strong working knowledge of CAD, CAFM, and IWMS systems, with practical experience supporting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of polylines, blocks, layers, external references
• Demonstrated experience validating CAD drawings, identifying drawing inconsistencies, integrating
