🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in retail/hospitality with coffee, food, and beverage.
• 2+ years leadership experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Proven experience hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Blue Bottle Barista training and validation completed (or within 90 days post-hire).
• Food Safety Certification required in the state you work in or within 30 days.
• Strong understanding of P&L and how to impact it.
