• Lead Starbucks store operations: deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive KPIs and train baristas for safety and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; analyze reports.
• Implement safety and HR compliance measures; QA reviews.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage for shifts, peak times, weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience; 1 year in QSR/cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-focused environment.
• Leadership and coaching ability with professional maturity.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Change agent with proven ability to improve processes and efficiencies.
