📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, pitching CAIT-led concepts to drive business results
• Ensure quality control of delivered assets, applying standards for excellence
• Contribute as a team player to the success of the CAIT team, working autonomously when needed
• Manage pipeline operations including contract negotiations, payment processing, and project
• Monitor financial health of CAIT projects and optimize workflows for efficiency and margin

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects, or talent management
• Creative/Operator hybrid with taste level to improve creative work and operational management of
• Seller mindset with comfort in client rooms and ability to articulate value of creators
• Practitioner empathy with understanding of content creation frictions
• Social-first lens with accountability to meet Vayner standard of excellence
• Ownership with responsibility for actions and impact
