Lead training initiatives and ensure training compliance and personnel competency at California
Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs including hands-on and virtual sessions
Administer learning systems (e.g., LMS, AALAS Learning Library) and maintain records
Support facility readiness and regulatory compliance (USDA, AAALAC, DEA)
Coordinate vivarium access and training prerequisites
Manage SOP documents and version control

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree + 6 yrs or Master's + 3 yrs relevant experience
Minimum 3 yrs experience in developing and delivering training
Knowledge of lab animal science and welfare regulations
Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
AALAS certification (LAT or higher)
Preferred: Degree in related field, RVT designation
