Proactively grow specialty pharmacy patients via outbound calls
Educate patients on Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program
Review patient EMR/chart notes prior to calls
Identify meds requiring special storage/handling
Identify supplies for meds (sharps, syringes, band-aids)
Flexible shift times: M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM or 12:00PM-8:00PM; occasional Sat 11:00AM-4:00PM

🎯 Requirements

Indiana pharmacy tech license required; PTCB/ExCPT preferred
0-1 years pharmacy tech or related experience
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Verbal communication and phone skills
Able to learn quickly and work independently
