Campaign Launch Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Campaign Creation Specialists to ensure smooth and timely post-sale handoffs.
• Support inbound customer calls related to campaign setup, design edits, and launch readiness
• Attend customer-scheduled meetings to provide live edit support and address outstanding questions.
• Troubleshoot domain access and other technical or launch-related issues, working with internal
• Manage inbound customer requests related to updates and changes to the initial website build.
• Guide clients through the final steps required to activate their campaigns and confirm launch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Previous customer success or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach that creates excitement for new clients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
