• 8+ years in campaign strategy or brand marketing with top brands or agencies.
• Strategic mindset to drive category leadership using performance insights.
• Cross-functional leadership to align communications across the lifecycle.
• Creative leadership in briefs, asset production, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving; plans ahead for major moments and mitigates risks.
• Excellent communication; presents results to drive stakeholder alignment.
