📋 Description

• Lead daily lessons in reading, writing, and math. In K–2 you teach in small groups. In 3–8 you
• Know where every kid is at in their learning journey: pacing, mastery, where they're stuck.
• Run Pursuits, Primer's hands-on curriculum that blends science and social studies.
• Review student data every week and adjust.
• Own daily operations and keep the building on schedule.
• Handle scheduling, substitute coverage, and aftercare.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years teaching or leading K–8 kids, whether as a lead teacher, a homeschooling parent, or a
• Strong communication with kids, families, and teammates.
• The ability to create a calm, structured, positive room.
• Organization. You keep routines running without being reminded.
• Comfort using technology to teach and track progress.
