Screen potential CM candidates.
Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team
Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
Fluency in English is a must
Great interpersonal and people skills
LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
