Can Line Mechanic

📋 Description

• Maintain high-speed can line equipment (sealers, fillers, packers, conveyors).
• Perform setups, changeovers, and precision adjustments to ensure seamer integrity.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance per OEM/plant standards.
• Document work orders in CMMS; collaborate with Production, Quality, and Controls.
• Assist with equipment rebuilds, overhauls, installs, and line startups.
• Uphold safety, GMP, and food manufacturing compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, ideally in food/beverage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Double-seam certification or formal seamer training.
• Experience supporting can line startups and commissioning.
• Working knowledge of PLC and VFD.
• Welding and machinery experience.
