📋 Description

• Establish and enforce scheduling SLAs (turnaround times, interview confirmations).
• Spot process gaps using data; drive automation to fix.
• Coach and develop team members; onboarding, skill gaps, actionable feedback.
• Seek feedback and improve scheduling/communication; drive automation.
• Know scheduling tools deeply; mentor others; improve workflows; support TA OKRs.
• Build partnerships with TA leaders and hiring teams to optimize candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in recruitment coordination or TA ops; some leadership.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling systems and data integrity.
• Experience implementing process improvements or automation.
• Comfortable using metrics to identify problems and evaluate solutions.
• Track record of giving specific, constructive feedback.
• Able to balance competing priorities; collaborative and reliable.
