📋 Description

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to shortlisted candidates and introduce relevant job
• Confirm candidates’ interest, availability, notice periods, and other information required for the
• Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain candidate engagement.
• Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant recruiting team for further evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed undergraduate degree is required; current college students are not eligible. Fresh
• Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional telephone communication skills.
• Comfort with repetitive outbound calling, frequent follow-ups, and performance-based daily targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to handle
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency and careful attention to candidate information and record accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting agreed productivity

🎁 Benefits

• Fixed monthly pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000, depending on experience, assessment, and role level.
