Candidate Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage centralized Missing Information (MI) follow-ups to ensure background verification cases
• Process and respond to MI requests raised by internal Scoping and Delivery teams in a timely
• Contact candidates and clients through email, phone, and chat to collect outstanding, missing, or
• Monitor active MI cases, track progress, and ensure resolution within established Service Level
• Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication across all support channels.
• Provide candidate-facing assistance and guidance throughout the background verification process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, candidate services, recruitment coordination, or a similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple
• Proficiency with email, chat platforms, phone systems, and support or case management tools.
• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and maintain strict data confidentiality.
