Canning/Seamer Mechanic

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair high-speed canning line equipment.
• Setups, changeovers, and adjustments for seamers and packaging quality
• Diagnose root causes; perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Document work orders in CMMS; coordinate with Production/QA/Controls
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance; lift up to 50 lbs; overtime as needed
• Support can line startups, rebuilds, installations, and line launches

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, food/beverage preferred
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Double-seam certification or formal seamer training
• Experience supporting can line startups and commissioning
• Working knowledge of PLC and VFD
• Welding and machinery experience
