📋 Description

• Deliver the 6–12 month capability plan with TWFP, L&D, and Head of Practice.
• Implement training, certification, and conference plans aligned to KPIs.
• Drive strategic capability transformation initiatives including Academy and ELT programmes.
• Define and support the EET capability strategy for onboarding and career growth.
• Partner with the UK E&ET team to enhance employee experience, career progression, and community contribution.
• Design onboarding approaches for new joiners and successful integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business operations, capability development, or business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable performance insights.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• BPSS clearance eligibility required.
• Experience working within public sector or highly governed environments.
