📋 Description

• Own end-to-end capacity planning from intake to post-mortem
• Translate commitments and growth into GPU demand forecasts across regions and timelines
• Coordinate procurement with vendors, finance, and infrastructure teams
• Build repeatable capacity planning systems and dashboards
• Model scenarios and present clear leadership recommendations
• Lead cross-functional reviews when capacity is at risk

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or finance
• Ability to own complex cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders
• Strong quantitative modeling skills for forecasts and capacity models
• Excellent communication; distills ambiguity into clear leadership recommendations
• High ownership mindset; follow-through until it works
• Operates well under pressure in fast-moving environments
