Capital Asset Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the capital asset management framework for regulated bioanalytical
• Coordinate laboratory asset lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, asset evaluation
• Support long-range strategic planning for laboratory infrastructure and equipment investments
• Plan, coordinate, and track cross-functional initiatives and workstreams
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up of decisions and commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Project
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, scientific operations, laboratory operations, asset
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
