Capital Equipment Maintenance Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintain, enhance, and improve PM programs for production equipment.
• Manage equipment files, manuals, procedures, parts, and inventory.
• Interface with external vendors and service contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair equipment with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic controls.
• Diagnose root causes using 8D and restore OEM condition.
• Assist with capital project planning during commissioning and startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Valid driver's license; OEM training a plus.
• Five+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with laser systems, press brakes, punch turrets, and robotic welders.
• PC-based automation: PLCs, DCS, ASI bus, ladder logic.
• Lubrication principles and PM program improvement.
