Capital Markets Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models for debt and equity financing
• Support capital markets transactions including project finance and lending
• Prepare investor materials and credit analyses for lenders and investors
• Conduct market research on infrastructure and energy finance terms
• Assist due diligence and data room preparation with deal teams
• Track leverage, debt service coverage, and cost of capital

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling: leveraged, project, or credit models
• Understanding of debt/equity markets instruments and processes
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg or Capital IQ preferred
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
