Lead IPOs, de-SPACs and capital markets transactions in advisory capacity
Manage engagements from readiness to execution and public company transition
Coordinate with management, underwriters, legal counsel and auditors
Provide technical accounting guidance across SEC/PCAOB requirements
Develop scoping, work plans and ensure delivery quality across multiple workstreams
Build client relationships and identify opportunities beyond the initial engagement

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
12+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory or related consulting
CPA strongly preferred
Strong US GAAP knowledge; SEC and PCAOB experience; IFRS a plus
Experience with SEC filings (S-1, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q) and IPO/de-SPAC work
Proven leadership, client management and ability to mentor teams
