Capital Markets - Director

📋 Description

• Lead complex IPO, capital markets and accounting advisory engagements
• Own IPO and capital markets engagements from readiness through execution
• Lead IPO readiness assessments and translate findings into plans
• Manage accounting workstreams for S-1/S-4 filings and related requirements
• Coordinate with management, underwriters, legal and auditors to drive transaction momentum
• Guide clients to operate as a public company with sustainable reporting calendars

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years in public accounting, advisory or similar consulting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with SEC/PCAOB, US GAAP, and IFRS a plus
• SEC reporting/registration experience (S-1/S-4/10-K/10-Q)
• Experience with M&A or carve-out transactions
