Capital Markets Manager

📋 Description

• Manage domestic and international credit facilities including funding requests and waterfall distributions.
• Build and maintain Capital Markets relationships; support leadership on investor relations.
• Create and enhance streamlined processes for balance sheet assets and efficiency.
• Support and run presentation, analysis and documents for asset-backed facilities and securitization.
• Support bank relationships, bank account maintenance, and opening/closing accounts.
• Report portfolio performance; identify income opportunities and lower risk.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree economics, finance, business administration or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience at an investment bank, asset manager, credit fund, or lender
• Experience with alternative lending and balance sheet lending platforms; international monies a plus
• Strong external communication; prior capital-raising or evaluating investment opportunities a plus
• Self-starter able to manage workloads and balance high-priority tasks
• Commitment to process improvement and the ability to think out of the box
