Capital Markets Manager, Americas

📋 Description

• Own Americas funding strategy for Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
• Structure, negotiate, and close debt facilities (FIDCs, warehouse lines)
• Manage lender relationships with banks, funds, and investors
• Design funding vehicles per market considering regs and currency
• Lead investor relations and market development across the Americas
• Oversee treasury: cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and FX

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking
• Expertise in Brazilian capital markets and securitization (FIDCs)
• Proven track record managing institutional investor relationships
• Treasury experience: cash forecasting, funding draws, FX management
• Strong quantitative skills, portfolio economics, credit language
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus
• Based in São Paulo; willing to travel as needed
