Capital Markets Manager

📋 Description

• Support debt funding and financing activities (warehouses, securitisations).
• Collaborate with the Director of Capital on live transactions with banks, investors.
• Build and maintain financial models, analyses and investor materials.
• Monitor funding facilities, ensure reporting and operational requirements.
• Prepare presentations for funding partners and investors.
• Identify new funding opportunities and shape long-term strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in investment banking, structured finance, capital markets, consulting or similar.
• Experience in structured finance or securitisation is a plus but not essential.
• Highly motivated, curious, and ready to take responsibility.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
