• Collaborate with business and technology teams on programs.
• Manage workstreams, deliverables, and communications across projects.
• Analyze impacts, define solutions, and support implementation of regulatory programs.
• Contribute to operating model design, process improvements, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Support development of new business opportunities and market propositions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in capital markets with front-to-back functions.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, or Equities.
• Experience delivering regulatory or large-scale change programs in consulting or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
