Capital Reporting Actuary - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Managing quarterly and ad‑hoc production, validation and analysis of Solvency UK SCR results
• Validating internal model outputs and investigating key movements; including assessing the impact
• Collaborating closely with Finance, Risk, Group Actuarial and governance committees to present
• Planning and prioritising reporting activities, allocating resources and ensuring delivery
• Supporting process changes that improve the accuracy and efficiency of capital reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Life Actuary with relevant industry experience
• Strong experience of Solvency UK reporting within life insurance or a closely related environment
• Strong knowledge of SCR reporting, matching adjustment and/or UK pension risk transfer
• Ability to apply analytical judgement to review results, identify trends and challenge assumptions
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to stakeholders with varied levels of
