📋 Description

• Evaluate new investment opportunities, developing detailed understanding of prospective portfolio
• Conduct in-depth company and industry research, analysing market trends, competitive dynamics
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including integrated financial forecasts, cash flow
• Develop multi-scenario financial forecasts and sensitivity analyses, including downside and stress
• Develop and refine investment theses, assessing business quality, key risks and mitigants
• Participate in commercial, financial, operational and legal due diligence

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1-3.5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit or principal investing
• Strong academic record, including undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Excellent financial modelling, accounting, valuation and analytical skills
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills advantageous
