📋 Description

• Pipeline Development: Monitor SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, GovWin, and relevant agency procurement portals to
• Identify healthcare-related federal contracting opportunities, including task orders available
• Evaluate and qualify potential opportunities against business capabilities, strategic priorities
• Document bid/no-bid recommendations and maintain an accurate, organized opportunity pipeline
• Analyze federal procurement forecasts, agency spending patterns, and market intelligence to
• Capture Support: Develop and maintain compelling past performance narratives, qualification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant
• At least 5–7 years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or a closely
• Demonstrated experience identifying, researching, and qualifying opportunities through SAM.gov and
• Hands-on experience developing, structuring, or negotiating teaming agreements, subcontractor
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the federal procurement and
• Experience preparing or contributing to past performance narratives, proposal qualification
