📋 Description

• Quantify embodied carbon and other environmental impacts associated with new development and tenant
• Perform whole-building Life Cycle Assessments (wbLCA) and identify opportunities to reduce
• Review wbLCA calculations and results prepared by other team members, identify errors or
• Collect, organize, track, and analyze environmental data related to energy use, waste, construction
• Develop reports, presentations, visualizations, and recommendations that clearly communicate
• Manage assigned work independently, maintaining agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sustainability, climate action, decarbonization, and creating measurable environmental
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, structural engineering, construction management, or
• At least one year of full-time, hands-on experience applying LCA methodologies within the real
• Intermediate proficiency with OneClick LCA and some experience with additional embodied carbon
• Intermediate proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM 360 for material takeoffs.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret large datasets
