Drive initiatives to raise visibility with Visa, Mastercard and others.
Lead scheme projects and ensure global alignment across teams.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for scheme compliance.
Translate scheme requirements into practical internal processes and solutions.
Oversee certification and product launches (Acquiring/Issuing, 3DS, tokenization).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years with Card Schemes, Merchant Acquiring, PSP
Deep knowledge of Visa/Mastercard rules; Card Not Present payments
Track record navigating Card Scheme relationships and compliance
Strong stakeholder communication across diverse teams and merchants
Excellent organization, time management, and multi-project delivery
English fluency; other languages an advantage
