📋 Description

• Drive the execution of the Cardiac Solutions commercial strategy across Europe.
• Identify, develop, and scale innovative commercial models and strategic partnerships tailored to

• Lead and oversee a centralized European pool of Clinical Application Specialists supporting
• Prioritize and allocate clinical resources based on customer urgency, business impact, operational
• Balance clinical support coverage and cost effectiveness to maximize customer and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of business development or strategic leadership experience within the medical
• Experience in cardiovascular technologies (e.g., structural heart, electrophysiology) is strongly
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing high-performing and
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, clinical environments, and commercial
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
