• Drive the execution of the Cardiac Solutions commercial strategy across Europe.

• Lead and oversee a centralized European pool of Clinical Application Specialists supporting

• Connect clinical evidence generation and dissemination with commercial strategy, translating data

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of business development or strategic leadership experience within the medical
• Experience in Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, cardiovascular technologies, or a closely
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing high-performing and
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, clinical environments, and commercial
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn market and competitive insights into actionable
