• Research and synthesize information for members
• Ensure timely, high-quality task delivery
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Managers
• Proactively communicate updates and barriers
• Help develop internal guides and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Remote work experience
• Associate degree or higher
• 3+ years in health care, caregiving or related customer service
• Housing: 1+ year in senior living or housing programs
• Medical: vetting providers
• Mental Health: experience with mental health/substance use
