• Care Coordinator to join Washington Heights location
• Support patient care by welcoming patients and controlling appointment flow
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours
• Guide patients through out-of-network experience
• Provide 5-star customer service and foster community environment
• Collaborate with team to ensure care and support

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required
